***THERE IS A $100 PET FEE. PETS MUST BE INCLUDED IN RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING (excludes service animals)
***Check out is at 10 AM. Any guests in house after 10:15 am without prior approval will be charged $75/hour for every hour they remain in the house past the checkout time.
1- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
2- Please keep dogs off furniture and bedding. When dogs are outside, please keep them on a leash. Pick up and bag all pet waste.
3- No smoking or vaping inside the house. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
4- Please avoid neighboring properties and stay within our yard.
5- All docks in the neighborhood are PRIVATE.
6-Do not add charcoal to pellet grill. The pellets are provided. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $100 fee. Contact host if assistance is needed to operate the grill.

Summary: Spent a wonderfully Thanksgiving weekend on Lake Eufaula. Amazing sunrises greeted us each morning as we sipped coffee looking over the water from the large comfortable deck. So peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing stay.

Summary: Amazing! Clean! Comfortable! And the view of the water…..it was exactly what we wanted! Tucked away but close enough. We were lucky enough to have a thunderstorm come through and the large covered porch was the perfect spot to watch it all blow over. Nothing better than the smell of rain on the lake with a cool wind after 105 degrees on the lake all day. We loved it here and will book again!

Summary: The property was absolutely gorgeous and just a walk down the driveway to get to the lake! Everything that you need in a kitchen was there and the house was very clean. Kacy was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. Will definitely be staying here again!
